So far, Phyllis has been holding steady at fielding around 50% of our calls, which helps our team focus on fulfilling the needs of our patients rather than taking requests for refills over the phone.
Furthermore, the AI is smart enough to know to transfer prescriptions to the pharmacy staff when a clinical question is asked, saving the patient time and allowing the pharmacy team to prioritize care as needed. There are still a few holdouts in our community who are hesitant to give Phyllis a chance to solve their issues; however, more and more patients are getting used to our newest staff member.
