Furthermore, the AI is smart enough to know to transfer prescriptions to the pharmacy staff when a clinical question is asked, saving the patient time and allowing the pharmacy team to prioritize care as needed. There are still a few holdouts in our community who are hesitant to give Phyllis a chance to solve their issues; however, more and more patients are getting used to our newest staff member.
